Process Groups

Process groups allow individuals to share their experiences and express emotions with others and a trained therapist. They provide a unique space to deepen perspectives, receive support, and gain feedback from peers. Process groups offer group members a chance to connect with their peers to process, cope, and grow from difficult experiences.

What can I expect from process group?

Process groups are typically unstructured. However, members can expect to bring in any topics, experiences, or emotions they want to address and receive feedback/validation. The primary focus in these sessions includes interaction and group cohesion. The therapist will guide the discussion, model effective communication, suggest problem-solving strategies, and encourage support and connection among group members.
