Ways to Volunteer

Ways to Volunteer

Ways to help in response to COVID-19:

All volunteers are encouraged to support our relief efforts under executive orders and public health orders related to COVID-19.

  • Weinberg Food Pantry: We are seeking healthy volunteers to help sort food, pack boxes, and distribute boxes. Volunteers must dress appropriately for a warehouse setting and be comfortable lifting cans and boxes. Children ages 12 and over are welcome to volunteer with an adult.
  • Emergency Lunchbox Express: Healthy volunteers are needed to pack and deliver food to several housing developments in "food deserts" to serve children who cannot access school-based lunch sites. Children ages 12 and over are welcome to volunteer with an adult.
  • Aging Care & Connections Food Delivery: We are seeking healthy volunteers to deliver food to aging members of our community. Children ages 12 and over are welcome to volunteer with an adult.

Sign up for any of these opportunities by following the links above to our Sign-Up Genius calendars and check them often for available slots.
