Marshall Fire Resources

As the one-year anniversary of the Marshall Fire approaches JFS Boulder continues to provide resources for those impacted by the fire.

Virtual Group EMDR

Group EMDR protocol is an evidence-based practice designed specifically to support individuals impacted by disasters such as wildfires. Led by local therapists certified in Group EMDR, the sessions incorporate mindfulness, grounding exercises and other resources to decrease emotional and physical struggles that can follow trauma.

Understanding Personal and Collective Impacts of Traumatic Losses

The community has experienced many layers of trauma and loss over the past few years. As the one year anniversary of the Marshall fire approaches we invite you to watch this Town Hall to “check-in” with yourself, understand how you can support yourself through the year anniversary and gather some important tools for support and resourcing for yourself and your family.
