Abby’s Impact: Exploring Childhood Adversity

Exploring Childhood Adversity: This course identifies Adverse Childhood and Community Experiences (ACEs) and Positive Childhood and Community Experiences (PCEs), covering the science and impact of ACEs, connections to toxic stress, and resilience while providing coping strategies and strategies for rewiring your stress response. 

 3-week course, offered once every month.

Week 1, Thursday, November 14: Wrestling Past Ghosts
Week 2, Thursday, November 21: Protecting your Inner Child
Week 3, Thursday, November 28: Rewiring your Stress Response
