In Navigating Hard Emotions, you'll explore the intricacies of feeling vulnerability, shame, and doubt. Designed to complement Know & Support Yourself, this course guides participants through:

  • Understanding complex emotions

  • Healthy and constructive ways to communicate needs

  • Building emotional resilience

Week 1, March 18: Vulnerability
Week 2, March 25: Shame and Doubt

2-week course, offered once every other month. Know and Support Yourself is a prerequisite for this course.

AutoCAD Design (in-person class) every Monday and Wednesday from March 18 through June 3

Did you enjoy drawing, Legos, or building blocks as a child? Have you ever been involved in construction or thought about how you would design a building or home? AutoCAD® Design could be for you if you answered “Yes” to any of these questions. This training prepares you to enter the exciting world of 2D and 3D design. This is your opportunity to earn the Autodesk® certification as an AutoCAD User!
