Exploring Childhood Adversity: This course identifies Adverse Childhood and Community Experiences (ACEs) and Positive Childhood and Community Experiences (PCEs), covering the science and impact of ACEs, connections to toxic stress, and resilience while providing coping strategies and strategies for rewiring your stress response.

Learn how to improve workplace relationships, manage conflict, and understand various communication and work styles. Want to know how to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors while navigating tricky situations? In this self-discovery workshop, through the lens of personality assessments and frameworks, you’ll better understand your preferred communication methods, build stronger relationships, and identify what you value most in the workplace.
Abby's Impact: Navigating Hard Emotions
In Navigating Hard Emotions, you'll explore the intricacies of feeling vulnerability, shame, and doubt. Designed to complement Know & Support Yourself, this course guides participants through:
Understanding complex emotions
Healthy and constructive ways to communicate needs
Building emotional resilience
Week 1, March 18: Vulnerability
Week 2, March 25: Shame and Doubt
2-week course, offered once every other month. Know and Support Yourself is a prerequisite for this course.

Peer Support Group: Students will have a less structured space to connect over current life stressors and situations, build a community with classmates, and expand their support systems.
