Realizing Resilience: A 5-Week Course for the Overextended
Realizing Resilience: A 5-Week Course for the Overextended
You didn't get into this work because you cared too little. You're tired because you're carrying a lot — and no one ever taught you how to put it down at the end of the day. This isn't another wellness webinar full of vague advice to "practice self-care." It's five weeks of practical, trainable skills — the kind you can actually use in the middle of a hard Tuesday, not just think about on a Sunday.
What you'll walk away with:
Mindfulness — tools to regulate in real time, so you respond instead of react.
Self-Compassion — a way to quiet the inner critic and keep going without burning out.
Mindset — how to interrupt the stories that make stress feel bigger than it is.
Gratitude — a real practice for reconnecting to why this work matters, even on the bad days.
Communication — how to name what you need and set boundaries without guilt
Each 75-minute session builds on the last, so by the end you're not just informed — you have a working toolkit.
The details:
Wednesdays, September 30 – October 28 (5 sessions)
12:00 – 1:15 PM MT, live on Zoom
$75 for the full series

This course is built with non-profit and helping-profession staff in mind — the people who give so much to others they forget there's a version of care for themselves, too. But if you're not in that world and this still speaks to you, you're welcome here.
Some organizations will reimburse professional development costs — check with your supervisor if that's an option for you.
