Retail Customer Service Coaching
JFS is offering a new five-week vocational course for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are preparing for their first job or re-entering the workforce. Customer service and sales fundamentals.

Students have an opportunity to earn the RISE Up Retail Industry Fundamentals certification before the end of the course.
