Friendly Visitor – Older Adults Seeking Companionship 

We are currently looking for female volunteers to spend time with clients across the Denver metro area. Volunteers are matched with clients based on shared interests and needs. Activities range from chatting and sharing conversation at home to going for walks or lunches together. These visits help reduce social isolation while building meaningful friendships with older adults who are seeking companionship. 

• Commitment: Flexible visits once a week or twice a month, 1–2 hours; minimum six-month commitment preferred. 

• Requirements: over the age of 18 or minors may volunteer with a vetted parent/guardian; undergo a background check; have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance if driving; provide proof of first two COVID vaccinations; complete additional training
