Currently we are offering a variety of free virtual and in person workshops, trainings, and one-on-one support to help you re-enter the workforce. Classes accommodate different learning styles and offer accessibility tools.
Vocational Training
Want a new job? Tired of not earning a livable wage? Take your skills to the next level in the JFS vocational training program. This program offers three different learning opportunities including, administrative and customer service, AutoCAD design and foundations of digital literacy.
Career Launchpad
Don't search for your next job alone. JFS's Career Coaches will help you sharpen your job seeking skills and increase your confidence by teaching you how to target your job search, perfect your resume, prepare for interviews, manage change, communicate more effectively in a virtual setting, and so much more.
Job Search Accelerator
If you are ready to re-enter the workforce after an extended absence or want to pivot your career to a new industry, or if your goal is to dramatically improve your odds of getting interviews and acing them – then look no further! Job Search Accelerator (JSA) is the solution!
Conversations with a Career Coach
Searching for meaningful work that you enjoy and that meets your needs is a complex process full of twists and turns. We will bring focused tips and tricks to each session and respond to your specific questions about your own employment journey. Workshops will be held the first Tuesday of every month, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., on Zoom.
