Community Worksite Opportunities

JFS Disability Employment Services hires up to eight individuals with various disabilities for each small group employment worksite crew. Our worksites are located in various businesses in the Denver metro area and are considered to be inclusive and provide meaningful work experiences to the business employees, JFS staff, and most importantly, the individuals who work on the crews. Our crews participate in events and create rapport with business employees. All the worksites pay minimum wage and all major holidays are observed. JFS crews have a supervisor on site, which makes this the ideal placement for those who are ready and willing to work but need additional supports throughout the day.
