Sarah Falchook’s Bat Mitzvah Project:
Fundraiser and Food Drive for the JFS Weinberg Food Pantry 

I chose the Weinberg Food Pantry for my bat mitzvah project in order to help people who need support in their lives during difficult times. This program provides necessities like food and hygiene products for families and people who cannot afford or access them. This work matters because it is important to show up for people in our communities when they are struggling. No matter who someone is, everyone deserves the right to nourishing food and healthy, full lives.
