Volunteer Program Coordinator—Part Time

We are searching for a team-oriented individual who is excited to effect real change in the community. Work in a collaborative, inclusive environment to recruit and maintain a strong network of volunteers for a diverse range of programs. Be a multi-tasker, perceptive, and highly organized with excellent communication and computer skills, and have a true passion for helping others. This is a part-time, flexible 10 hours per week position in a busy department with the potential to increase hours in the future; nonprofit or customer/client relations experience and/or a personal commitment to volunteers, preferred.

B.A. degree preferred. Substantial working knowledge of Microsoft Office required, experience with database management systems highly preferred. Possess excellent interpersonal skills with a clear sense of boundaries, sensitivity, and discretion. This position requires the ability to work independently and as a team member.
