Director, Finance and Accounting

This leadership position is responsible for the oversight and management of all financial operations of the agency. Will work directly with the CEO and COO on matters relating to strategic financial planning, budget management, cost benefit analysis and forecasting needs. Responsible for development of standard accounting analysis and reporting procedures and oversight for overall financial control.

Advanced degree in accounting or finance preferred. Successful candidate will have several years of experience in leadership and management; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; thorough understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail; skills in planning, problem-solving, analysis and critical thinking. Extensive knowledge of computer software applications, including accounting software programs.
