Job Search Accelerator

If you are ready to re-enter the workforce after an extended absence or want to pivot your career to a new industry, or if your goal is to dramatically improve your odds of getting interviews and acing them – then look no further! Job Search Accelerator (JSA) is the solution!  

JSA is a 1-day, in-person workshop where you will learn about foundational career topics like:  

• Identifying which skills you want to use in your next job and what you enjoy doing 

• Determining what kind of work environment will be best for you 

• Writing a dynamic resume that gets interviews 

• Using online job boards and completing digital applications with attachments 

• Combating ageism, interviewing confidently, and getting job offers

• You will receive small-group, career-focused instruction coupled with dedicated time to start your resume, search for jobs, and discover your employment goals 

• You will also be paired with your own Career Expert who will be your coach throughout your entire job search journey 

• We can introduce you to JFS’s Employer Partners to help expand your network and generate potential interviews

All workshops open to anyone of any age. All learning styles and abilities are welcome. If you enjoy learning in a small group setting and value one-on-one personalized support, you will love JSA!
