If you would like to receive a food box in October, please sign up using the form below. Answers to these questions do not impact your eligibility to receive food. Responses are used for reporting and grant funding.

You must live in Boulder County to receive a food box.

DISCLAIMER: For deliveries, your food will be left at your front door. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the box will be marked with the delivery time. JFS is not responsible for food that expires after it has been delivered.

If you select pickup, you must pick up your food by 11 a.m. Unless you have made other arrangements with JFS, food that is not picked up by 11 a.m. will be redistributed to another household.
