Winter Wellness for Teens and Parents

Boulder JCC and Jewish Family Service present this four-part weekly series on Mondays, January 24-February 14, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the Boulder JCC, 6007 Oreg Avenue, Boulder. Cost: Teens $100 | Parent/Guardian $60.

Each session will consist of fun, creative, and holistic self-care activities paired with resiliency-building skills, and body-based strategies to cope with stress and anxiety. Learn hands-on winter self-care skills such as how to formulate infused honey and medicinal syrups, create herbal tea blends, and make winter skincare products. This class is in-person and open to teens and parents/guardians to attend together. Family participation is strongly encouraged.

Session 4: Herbal Tea Blends with Tzuria Malpica; “AcuDetox and Brain Chemistry of Emotions” with Avani Dilger
