Thanksgiving Meals
Help JFS nourish the body and soul by donating to the Dorinda Levy Thanksgiving Fund and ensuring 400 families receive everything they need to make a complete Thanksgiving meal.
For our neighbors who are already struggling to stretch their paychecks to afford utilities, rent, and food, thoughts about setting their Thanksgiving table, gathering with friends and family, and sharing a meal can seem like an impossible reality.
We don’t have to be together this Thanksgiving to set a table filled with laughter and gratitude for those in our community who need a little extra support this holiday.
Your donation of $107 helps set the table for a family of four with the ingredients for a complete Thanksgiving meal . . . with a generous side of gratitude.
Bright Holidays
You can bring light and joy to our JFS clients by participating in this year’s Bright Holidays program. There are several ways to spread cheer throughout our community.
Adopt a family or an older adult
Select a family or an older adult, purchase gifts from their detailed wish list, and know you’ve made their holiday special!
Secret shopper toy drive
Gift cards and monetary donations
Donate gift cards for movies, restaurants, or big-box stores for our teenage clients (13-18 years old) or cash so that our staff can fill gaps with overall donations.

Colorado Gives Day
Every day, we see needs increasing throughout our community for all our programs and services, especially around food insecurity, employment, and housing. This Colorado Gives Day, you can do twice as much good for those who need us now, thanks to a generous match. Give by midnight on December 5 and double your impact to help the next family who comes to JFS in need of support and resources.
Year-end
As 2023 comes to a close, you can help us change how our community sees those struggling with food insecurity or facing homelessness and strengthen our employment services to help individuals find jobs. Your donation helps JFS address our greatest needs and gives people and families a way to move forward with dignity.
