Serving Our Survivors (SOS) - A Holocaust Survivors Assistance Program

SOS provides care management and in-home support services at reduced fees for Holocaust survivors. For the purpose of the SOS programs, a Holocaust survivor is defined by the Claims Conference as a Jew who has lived in or fled from Nazi-occupied territory.

Limited financial assistance is available for emergency situations, such as one-time medical or dental needs, assistive equipment or home care. For this program, preference will be given to survivors with limited incomes and assets.

Social services and programs benefiting Nazi victims have been supported by a grant from the following sources:

Claims Conference
Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany,

International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims

Funding for the Emergency Assistance Program for Nazi victims is at the direction of the United States District Court supervising the lawsuit In Re: Holocaust Victim Assets Litigation (Swiss Banks).

There is currently an update to a Holocaust ZRBG pension program provided by the German government. Learn more and download application forms...
